THE NUMBER 1 REASON – our cleaning system cannot be bettered!

Most cleaning companies offer interim cleaning (although they may not admit it!) via heated pads, powders or portable hot water extraction machines. None of these methods is powerful enough to achieve a thorough restorative clean and can only be deemed as interim cleaning which will clean the surface but leave soiling beneath the pile. The results of interim cleaning methods may appear clean at first, but leaves residues that will not only attract soil back quickly, but will also wear fibres faster due to the abrasiveness of the soil.

We are one of a few Bristol carpet cleaning companies to have invested in the equipment necessary to carry out restorative cleaning, which includes van mounted hot water extraction equipment x20 more powerful than any portable machine. We also use an industrial dry vacuum to remove all dry soiling prior to using the hot water equipment, something which is again unique to our restorative process.

   Either myself or one of my very experienced staff will respond to your enquiry by visiting your home to assess the work involved. We will then discuss your exact requirements, discuss the options open to you and tailor our services to meet your needs. We then provide a quote and leave it up to you to decide. No hard sell (we don’t employ sales people). We will also ensure that any concerns are properly answered before you go ahead.
5. Accurate quoting
   We will tell you exactly what you can expect and will give you an accurate and exact price including VAT(a common trick used to appear cheaper, but it’s added onto the final bill).

1. We are certified
   For carpet, upholstery and stone floor cleaning, we are registered and certified members of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). For wood sanding and finishing, we are associate member of the NICF (National Institute of carpet & floor layers). These industry bodies are completely independent and recognised for setting the benchmark industry standards.
2. Approved carpet and upholstery cleaning process
   We follow the 9 step IICRC carpet cleaning standard and 8 step IICRC cleaning standard every single time to ensure you get the highest quality clean. Stone floor sealing Most stone/ceramic floors are damaged by the wrong sealers and the wrong cleaning products. We apply the highest quality impregnator seals, recommended by the IICRC, to all porous stone floors. We will also advise you on the correct cleaning products to use.

   Every highly experienced member of our specialist team is fully employed by Avon Clean Care. We take pride in our work and no matter which one of our team works for you, you will get the same consistent delivery of service.
